3. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own well-being and should continue with any existing medical treatments as advised by healthcare professionals. It is recommended to inform your healthcare provider about your intention to receive Reiki healing.

4. Confidentiality: All client information and discussions during Reiki sessions will be kept strictly confidential. The practitioner will not disclose any personal information without the client's explicit consent.

Our Services include both in-person and online guided meditation sessions, and related content provided by our instructors.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

In-Person Guided Meditation

   • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

3. Punctuality:

   • Clients are expected to arrive on time for the scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without any refund.

4. Health and Well-being:

   • Clients should inform the meditation guide of any health concerns, conditions, or injuries that may impact their ability to participate safely.

   • The meditation guide reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if they believe it poses a risk to the client's health.

5. Conduct:

   • Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and peacefully during the session.

   • Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

6. Liability:

   • The meditation guide is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of the guided meditation session.

7. Intellectual Property:

   • All materials and content provided during the session are the intellectual property of the meditation guide and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

 

Online Guided Meditation:

   • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in the online guided meditation session.

2. Booking and Confirmation:

   • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

   • Clients will receive a link or access information for the online session upon confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Refund:

   • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

4. Punctuality:

   • Clients are expected to log in and join the online session on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without any refund.

5. Health and Well-being:

   • Clients should inform the meditation guide of any health concerns, conditions, or injuries that may impact their ability to participate safely.

6. Conduct:

   • Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and peacefully during the online session.

   • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

7. Liability:

   • The meditation guide is not liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or losses that may occur during the online guided meditation session.

8. Recording and Privacy:

   • Recording of online sessions is not permitted without the explicit consent of the meditation guide and all participants.

   • Client privacy is important, and sharing personal information discussed during the session is strictly prohibited.
